For the one who has mastered grilling the more traditional cuts of meat, or for someone who just loves trying new things! The adventure box contains “fun” cuts allowing someone to try their hand at seasoning, marinating, grilling, smoking, and slow-cooking.

• 3 lbs Jerky Meat
  
• Brisket (Approximately 4 lbs and is best suited for a small family meal rather than a large crowd)
  
• 10 lbs Ground Beef
  

Please note: All of our meat comes vacuum-sealed, with the exception of ground beef, which comes in 1lb tubes.
