1.      Choose your beef box or items and add them to your cart.

2.      Go to checkout.

3.      Choose either delivery (within 25 miles of Gainesville), pickup (at our Woodbine location), or shipping (to certain North Central Texas zip codes).

4.      Checkout/pay.

5.      Order fulfillment

a.      If you selected delivery: once your order is assembled and ready (usually between 2-4 days), we will contact you via text, phone call, or email to schedule a convenient delivery window. We will drop off your box or items at your door.

b.      If you selected pickup: once your order is assembled and ready (usually between 2-4 days), you will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup. This email will contain the address and instructions for pickup. We have an outdoor freezer so that you may pick up at your convenience. We kindly request that you pick up between the hours of 8am-8pm.

c.    If you selected shipping: orders placed before 12pm on Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday using 1-day shipping. Please make sure you will be home on Tuesday and/or Wednesday to unpack and store your beef. If you will not be home to unpack your order on those days, please contact us ASAP to select an alternate shipping day.
